1つずつ手作業で選別・収穫し、その日のうちにジャムに加工します。

更にヨーグルトとの味の親和性を高めるために48時間以上熟成してからお召し上がり頂きます。

使用乳酸菌はロイテリ菌プロテクティス株とその他4種の乳酸菌。特にアンチエイジングを考える方に最適のスーパープレミアム機能性ヨーグルトです。
